Introduction
Hey! My name is Adam Dent, I started TitanAthletics LLC to help people reach the lifestyle they want to have but are unsure of how to get there! During my time as a Trainer, I have helped tons of people reach their goals! From weight loss to strength training to just moving and feeling better, I have gotten people where they want to be. I want to help you next!
Why me?
That is a great question, I care is the biggest reason. I want to see people be happy about the things they are accomplishing. Another reason is I have the knowledge to do so. I have a 4 year degree in exercise and movement science as well as 4 additional certifications including: CPT (certified personal trainer), Nutritionist, Running coach, and Powerlifting instructor.
I am the right fit. I love working with people and the joy people get from my services and knowledge drives me forward!
