Is the meal plan hard to follow?
Yes and no, the meal plan comes with all the tools you need to succeed and follow it. Those tools being a full grocery list for the week and all the recipes for the meals with step by step instructions on how to properly prepare everything. However, it is up to you to follow the plan and stay on track, that being said the meal plans are built upon what you enjoy eating so staying on track is easier than ever.

How does following an online program or doing online training work?
While it may seem hard to picture doing online training without the guidance of a trainer there, it is actually easier than you think. The software we use enable you to enter weights you used for exercises, repetitions completed, times on circuits, etc. Along with this there are videos for you to follow along with that show proper form. If confusion or uncertainty continue then we set up a call, exchange videos, whatever we need to do to ensure everything is being done properly. Safety is top priority, and that is only achieved through proper form, programming, and knowledge.

Am I able to contact my trainer if I have further questions?
YES! Your trainer is completely at your disposal, that is part of the program. Full access to your trainer ensures proper execution of the program and ensures you are getting the best results possible. You will be able to text or email your trainer at any time and schedule calls if need be as well.

What if I don't want to go to the gym but still want to work with a trainer?
That is perfectly okay and more common than you might think, some people do not want to exercise in front of others and again, perfectly okay. You should be comfortable and be in an environment you want to be in. The program is built around what you have access to, whether that be a full commercial gym, a home gym with a few bars and weights, or no weights at all. When we say custom and tailored to you we mean it, the plan is made for you specifically. That is one of the reasons people are so successful here at TitanAthletics LLC.

If I purchase the meal plan bundle, how often does the menu change?
The meal plan would change once a month if you purchase either of the bundles. The changes made are determined from a few factors: the likes and dislikes you had from the previous menu, progress made whether that be weight gained or lost (depending on your goal), and any requests made by you for the new plan.
-
Are the meal plans low carb or any specific diet type?
The meal plan can be any type of diet you want (if you want to follow a special set of guidelines). Whether you like paleo, carnivore, keto, mediterranean, etc.
I would like to throw out that we dislike vegan and vegetarian plans. The reason being they are not as conducive to health as animal based diets, plant based and cell based diets do not offer proper amounts of protein, animal fats, vitamins, and minerals that they body needs as opposed to animal based diets.
-
Do I have to take supplements?
Not necessarily no, I always recommend a multi-vitamin just because a lot of people don’t have the variety in their diet to ensure they are getting enough of all the essential vitamins and minerals. If you wanted to get onto a supplement regimen then we could absolutely discuss what your best options are depending on your goals and where you are on your fitness journey.

Is it a good idea to get started on my own and then come back and do a program when I am more in shape?
No actually, a large portion of people who join the gym after a long break or are joining for the first time quit shortly after. Some reasons for this is they don’t know what to do, they follow the same routine because they don’t know how to change it up or don’t know what machines or movements do what. Others quit going when they don’t see the crazy results they expect in a short time frame. 20-30% quit after the first month and 50%+ quit after the 3 month mark.
Working with a trainer in the beginning can give you the knowledge you need to know what machines do what, what movements target which muscles, proper sets and reps for your goals, etc. Having the foundation built in the beginning can set you up for years down the road and get you the best results possible.

What if I am already an experienced lifter or have a long history of exercising?
That’s great! Good job sticking with your journey and I hope you continue with it. Even professional athletes and elite lifters, cross fitters, marathon runners, body builders, etc. have coaches and trainers they work with. Most if not everyone will experience hitting a plateau in their fitness journey, working with a trainer helps push past that plateau by adding the variety and intensity you need.

Why? Just why?
Because you deserve it, everyone deserves to have the opportunity to have access to what they need to reach and surpass their goals.
There’s value in the program, a lot of people charge tons of money for online programs just to copy and paste workouts week to week and person to person. You deserve the chance to work with a company and a person that cares that you succeed and accomplish your goals.
